We live in a small town with limited sources of quality fabric so I have been buying through catalogs and online for 25 years and my preferences have changed over time. Like others, I have ordered from eQuilter, Nancy's Notions, Keepsake Quilting, Shabby Fabrics, Connecting Threads, and Jordan Fabrics and been satisfied for many years. Some of the less familiar sites that I really like are:

Fantastictreasures4u has fast shipping, is wonderful to work with and has a wide range of fabrics. She is now offering 1/2 yd. cuts on some selected fabrics with free shipping. https://www.ebay.com/str/fantastictr...p2047675.l2563
Claudia's Sewing House has super sales, great prices on quality fabric and excellent service. https://www.ebay.com/str/Claudias-Se...622015&_sop=15
Crafty Hollow Quilts prices all fabric by the 1/2 yd. She is going out of business, so some quantities are limited but she still has a lot of beautiful fabric at great prices, and she gives wonderful service.

Jambeariescarries quality products, has great sales https://www.etsy.com/shop/Jambearies?page=32
ShirBrew She offers $2 shipping when you order 2 or more items and carries a huge inventory of beautiful fabrics.

Quilted Christmas carries nothing but the Christmas lines of major manufacturers. https://www.quiltedchristmas.com/Fabrics_c_11.html
I have also ordered from Hancock's of Paducah, but sometimes their photos don't show colors accurately. Also, they have different prices on their ebay and their store sites, so check both places before you order to compare prices and shipping cost differences.

Ditto on your comments! I placed my first Etsy order because the google search brought me to the seller. Prompt service and a sweet handmade card thanking me for supporting her small business. I tried our 2 local quilt shops first.

Etsy: Cali Quilt Co, Sew Crazy Austin, Blue Pacific Fabrics, Feline Drive, Bayside Fabrics, all of these are mom n pop, I've ordered from each several times, especially CaliQuiltCo and SewCrazyAustin.

friendly local quilt shops that sell B&M, online, & curbside: Honey Bee Quilt, Cotton Cupboard are my favorites, Wimberley Stitch Studio, Fabric Frenzy, and A Quilter's Folly are also great. I also highly recommend Blue Bar Quilts & The Electric Needle in Madison WI, they are also B&M, online, & curbside.

I really like Missouri Star Quilt Co. or Jordan Fabrics. They both have a really nice selection and variety of fabrics

FYI. Connecting Threads shipping is super slow. I ordered four yards of fabric in April 11th and it still has not arrived. Tracking says it may be delivered today but was not definite. (sigh).

I too placed an order on 4/20/20 and have yet to receive the order. I called them today with my order # to inquire where I was in the lineup, they were just shipping the 4/18 orders, so was told mine should ship the end of this week. I was amazed actually, I mean, I am reading about how busy LQS's are busier then ever with their shipping and selling out of elastic the same day it comes in, and about the sewing machines shortages, and I guess I just didn't really realize how busy these fabric businesses really are. I am really happy for them considering the unemployment numbers and the sad stories on the news of businesses closing. Who would have ever believed it would take this long to receive our fabric orders........

Quilted Twins, Marshall Dry Goods and 1000 bolts are the places I head to these days. I find Connecting Threads fabrics to fray too much these days and their prices have surely risen alot since I started ordering from them. Good thing with CT is if they make a mistake all you have to do is call them, tell them what they goofed up on and they will send again. No questions asked and you get to keep the fabric they made a mistake on. I also found out that you need to measure every piece of fabric they send you as they tend to make a mistake in the amount from time to time too. I'm sure it wasn't meant to be and since they correct their mistake they are still on my list of places to check for fabrics.
