Hi Jackie.I received your PM but don't know how (if there is a way) to send pictures, so I will send you pics of the dogs on this thread.

The one of Aussie is about a year ago when he joined my son's family......the other is Gili, and he is about a year older.

Five minutes later - I just checked their website; certainly sounds friendly, "leave a phone message and we'll call you back usually within a few minutes" and regarding email "we love to hear from you". Give it another try and tell them your concerns before you order anything.
I'm with Mrs. fitz
I've had good luck finding fabric vendors thru google.
Case in point: my grandson plays LaCrosse and wanted a quilt about it. I e-mailed lots of mfgrs, including Timeless Treasures and all responded that they didn't make a LaCrosse fabric.
Found a shop thru Google and ordered what I needed - a Timeless Treasure fabric!

As an online retailer, I agree. Communication is everything in our business. If a store doesn't communicate well, they probably don't do other things well either.

Google search the fabric you want. Someone will have it, there are plenty of fabric stores on the web.

That snow behind Gili looks wonderful. Not generally a snow-lover, but temps in the upper 80's to mid-90's is worse at this stage of my life...
