You mean, an online fabric store? There are hundreds. Can you help us narrow it down a little, what is your friend looking for? Quilting fabric, home decorator fabric, bridal/satins/lace?

Check out Marshall's Dry Goods. They sell wholesale.

Someone already mentioned Marshall's, so I'll mention others, Quilted Twins, Thousands of Bolts, Jordan Fabrics, Fabric.com, I'm sure others will have some suggestions.

Personally I really like Hobby Lobby. I buy backing fabrics there. I don't think they have reopened due to Covid-19.I am sure you can buy online.

I was just at HL yesterday, they're open in my area. Check online to see if they're open in yours.

One that is particularly good for "I spy" fabric is 4my3boys.com.
