Has anyone been to this quilting expo? Anything there worth going for? It's going to be about an hour drive for me, so I'm wondering if it's worth the drive. Plus I need to take a day off from work too, that way, I could go alone without my little toddler.

I am going to the one in Atlanta in a few weeks. I think it is worth the effort--I will be driving almost 2 hours to get to the one I am going to! I do not think you will be disappointed.

    Thanks, Marcia.

I knew I could count on you to answer my question.

I would love to go, but don't want to drive so far. I don't even know how far Chantilly is from me, so I just figured it was too far. LOL

Chantilly is just outside Arlington, Va and Bethesda, MD.....just a hop, skip, and a jump from you Sondray.
I'm planning to go this weekend if things work out for me.....probably Friday or Saturday.

I just used Mapquest and got this:
Total Estimated Time: 3 hours 16 minutes
    Total Estimated Distance: 164.41 miles

That's too far for me. You all can tell me all about it, I'm sure you'll have a great time.
