They are really that good? I have used Olfa and Fiskars - how do they compare, other than price of course?

They are cheaper......and cut just as good or better then regular rotary cutter blades. You get 2 blades in a pack for less then $2.00. They seem sharper to me. And they last just as long if not longer then the real rotary cutter blades. If you don't have a 45mm rotary cutter...its worth the investment to purchase one and then use these blades in my opinion.
They are item # 97642 Replacement Carpet Cutter blades.

Never hearing of Harbor Freights, I did a quick search on the computer. Did you buy carpet blades and do they fit in only certain rotary cutters? The price seemed right!

Something else they sell that is a real quilter's necessity. A package of 4 or 6 different magnets on a stick that extends to about three feet. Wonderful for picking up pins etc. off of the floor. I safety pin baste my Linus quilts with open pins so I don't forget to remove them. Many of them end up on the floor. The magnet on a stick is a lifesaver. I gave all the girls in my little Bee one for Christmas. They are all crazy about them.

I just looked to go to their website and was shocked to see there is one in Little Rock and I had no idea, plus they have a 25% off coupon this weekend. Guess I need to get out today.

I am so glad to read this! There are Harbor Freights stores semi-close to me, so I'll be stopping the next time I'm anywhere near them! And the magnet on a stick is also a great idea!
