You are the best grandmothers, great ideas to put into something the girls can play with, and take with them. They will have great memories from the quilt, dolls, bags and books. How ingenious of you to put that all together. Great job ladies!!

That material reminds me of younger days, when my sisters and I too enjoyed paperdolls.

    Thanks for sharing...

I have to chuckle thinking about the marketing folks who thought up this one! From reading these posts...it isn't really meant to entertain young girls today - it was for us who played with Paper dolls! Although I am sure they want our children/GC to enjoy it too.

Your quilt and bag and all was a stroke of genius!! I have a great granddaughter that is 5 years old. I now know what to do with that cute material I loved.

Thanks for the pictures and ideas.

Jennie Line - The quilt itself was part of a pattern from a magazine, I will try to dig out the magazine today and share that with you. I will post a picture of the quilt.
The rest of the quilt I made up and would be glad to share.
Let me find the magazine and you can let me know if you are interested in the details.
