I am working on my 1st bargello quilt & would like a pattern/design for completing this quilt..I can't afford 2 have it quilted by others..so I need suggestions on a pattern please.

What kind of Bargello? Normally I do straight stitching from one corner to the opposite corner. Stitching usually doesn't show up in my Bargello.

I've seen some that are quilted diagonally from corner to corner following the flow of colors of the fabric. If you are up for it, swirls or feathers following the different colors are also nice. Otherwise, an allover design would be nice too.
