Default Pattern Identification

Does anyone know the name of this pattern? I thought it might be from Missouri Star, but I can’t locate the pattern.

It is nothing but a nine-patch quilt with two of the corners being half square triangles.

That does look like a MSQC pattern. Have you checked Youtube?

Now that is a neat quilt! I will hopefully remember that one for later.

Yes, SusieQOH, it was from Missouri Quilts. I had looked through her patterns and did not realize her tutorials were not all made into patterns. That being said, it is named Flutterby because when constructed the white corners together look like small butterflies. The one in the photo was done with a jelly roll which makes a 6” block. Now I have enlarged to a 9” block to make a quilt for king size bed with Bumbleberries fabric blenders. Thanks to all for responses.

Doesn't look like a nine patch to me as only the middle section is cut into squares. The side are cut as one long piece and the corners snowballed. I like it and may have to make one!.

Yes, lindaschipper, it is not a nine patch...it is really a pretty easy block, as there is very little seam matching. I just like the simplicity and yet it is eye catching.
