I am going to make my granddaughter a duvet cover using Dora. I need a pattern using big blocks or panels, something like 'snowball'. Any other suggestions?

I have some Dora machine embroidery designs..They would make cute quilt blocks...

This is a great pattern when you don't want to cut the fabric in small pieces.
