10 Minute block is way easy, with only 3 seams ( see tutorial on the board here ).I have 4 donation quilts started using this quick pattern, really easy once I got past one little hang up on the center diamond part being sewn down.. I learned the squares cut at least over 7 inches makes it MUCH easier to do that cathedral looking part..

The fastest quilt I've ever done was probably Oh Fransson's Mixtape Modern. It's my go-to for scrap use-up, baby quilts, "Hey can you make me a quilt for my grandmother". It isn't modern looking if you use more traditional fabrics, and there's almost no fabric waste.

how about missouri quilt QAG where you sew strips to backing and batting
then put binding on and youe done!
