Swirly Girls has a pattern designed for 10 fatquarters.
It's called Perfect 10 www.swirlygirls.com

I made a beautiful quilt for my bed out of 3 1/2" squares, I measured from where I wanted it to fall on my bed with all the covers on the bed and went from there.

Bargello would be nice, but I haven't done one before....and not sure I want to attack one for a king size bed.

The photos are beautiful. Thanks for sharing!

Thank you to everyone - all great ideas. Still researching.

There is a Funquilts pattern that I kept from a quilt magazine called American Patchwork and Quilting from Feb 2010. The pattern is called Band Together and was done in many shades of blue that I think would look gorgeous with your fabric. I think you might find it on AllPeopleQuilt.com

A french braid would be great for these fabrics. It is pretty easy too.

That is an amazing quilt top, you did a wonderful job. I hadn't seen the pic before, and I think that pattern might work for those colors she choose.

klgreene this quilt is beautiful, I bet your son and daughter-in-law were so proud to receive it.

Thank you, but they haven't received it yet. I have to get it boxed and mailed. But they have seen pictures. I have two in the works for my DGD too, will post them when finished.
