Greetings!

I have a new-to-me Pfaff Grandquilter 18.8 with the Quilt Artist 1 tablet. I was choosing a pattern to work with and the touchscreen won't respond. I have unplugged cables, restarted the tablet numerous times, etc. and nothing seems to help. Any advice on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated. Up until today this has worked just fine.

I had the Quilt Artist 2, but I think it was similar - you might be able to hook up a mouse to the tablet part and it will operate that way. If that doesn't work, there is a facebook group for Pfaff/Quilt Artist/Butler that has many helpful people on it.

Hi Elaine....this was a great idea but unfortunately it did not work. Sigh. Thank you for sharing your expertise. I also posed this question to the Facebook Group you mentioned but have not had a response. Appreciate your thoughtfulness. Theresa

I know nothing about your Pfaff. I just needed a distraction and tried to find something on your topic.Thank you for the thread!

Thank you for this suggestion. I don't have the Settings area in the Quilt Artist 1...I bet that was an upgrade that was done in the upgrade to version 2 or 3. Greatly appreciate you trying to help!
