Thank you so much. I bought a couple in Walgreens for a very reasonable price and they are plump too.

The children are sleeping and I can't get in their room tonight, but the main body was 17 inches in length and 27 inches wide. I will have to measure what size that I made the cuff tomorrow. The little trim piece was 2 inches wide before being folded in half. The little pillows were kind of plump. I can't remember where I picked them up. Seems like one of the big pharmacies. I will reply again or pm you tomorrow.

Ok, I made the first one with a 1 1/2" trim piece before being folded. The cuff can be about 6" wide before folding. The main body mentioned above is a good size. I made one with the 2 inch trim piece, but the one that I did a little smaller probably looks best. PM me if anything is not clear. I still like the tutorial on Missouri Quilt Co.

I found some cute dog fabric on clearance in Wal-Mart so I am going to do some for my daughter's family room. The kids will love them, thanks again.

I agree....I never even thought of cutting the edges...I will do that for my next one. it will really help as I find with out trimming the french seam is too thick.

Go on Youtube, look for sauceage pillowcase it shows you how to make them. I have made about 90 or so. They are EZ and come out great.
