I have an antique heart that I attached to my featherweight. I love it.

I make pin cushions with 100% wool yarn. I wind it into a flat ball and felt it in the dryer to make the fibers adhere to each other and keep it together. I took one of the wool pin cushions and put it in the opening of a blue and white cow creamer to use as a pin cushion (see my avatar). I also make emery pin cushions using wool felt for the covering. You can also use a teacup and saucer, making a round pin cushion with fabric and poly fiberfil glued into the cup and the cup glue to the saucer. Have fun.

I made one I love. The stuffing is a cut up chair cushion from a guild tag sale. Do you have any orphan blocks or favorite charm squares? Make one with whatever scraps you have on hand.
