That is a great idea. It will save time when checking posts for subjects you are interested in.

That is true ghost rider, the new board does do better with searches :D but in some posts there are not many or any key words mentioned. Just comments like beautiful fabrics, pattern, design, colors, I love it, and such. The patterns name is not even mentioned.

I just typed into search, "thread breaking" and there were many topics listed....quite a few were only titled "Thread" so a person would have to open and read these even though they are about buying different threads, and other thread topics, not issues with thread. If these were "thread shredding" "thread is linty" etc, it makes it much faster to browse through these topics to find what you are looking for.

Some topic titles are so obscure, I don't even know what the person was thinking - absolutely useless or misleading. The search function is only as good as the words you put in your titles and posts, so descriptive titles help everyone eventually!

Thanks for bringing this up, Amma!

Your welcome Moonpi.... also the people on dial up, it takes them much longer to weed through topics to find what they are looking for.

Thanks for bring this up Amma. I pass over a lot of messages in pages of unread messages because of titles not descriptive enough to get my interest in what it might contain.
