Please share your ideas for using the wavy (pinked) rotary blade?

I used mine for a sweatshirt project. You undid the side seams and laid the project flat, then attached 3" squares of wavy cut cotton by free motion with a sparkly thread. Then sewed the seams back up. It is very easy to take a chunk out of your ruler when using this blade

I made hundreds of pastel floral pennants for a wedding reception and used the wavey, pinked edge, rotary cutter to cut them all out. The bride wanted to do a turned edge on them and I laughed her right to the fabric store and the rotary cutter display. It worked beautifully.

I have two ready to go all the time...I machine embroider on t shirts and sweatshirts with cut a way stabilizer on the back. I trim the stabilizer with these. It seems to help hide the stabilizer more from the right side

I do a lot of alterations for people, and found slits or tears are easier to patch with Steam a Seam II if I iron it on to the patch and then cut the edges with the wavy rotary blade. It irons down without sharp corners and edges feather well. I had to patch a large floral patterned formal right in the front and I matched the flowers and no one could find the patch.
