What a beautiful scene, Red Garnet. Last week we were excited to see flurries that melted as they hit the ground. The only thing we've seen in the last few days is rain, rain, rain. We're promised a little cold weather later today. We go from spring-like weather to winter in a matter of hours.

we've got snow/rain mix here in Michigan NE....power out, generator running, DH in a really bad mood....taking care of the house next door, now he has to go down and do their generator....hohohoho

Oh my! I've never thought about how you lose power when there's snow. We lose power for hurricanes, but that's in the summertime. No AC is not very comfortable. But I would think that no heat is awful when there's snow outside.

Actually it's not. It started again last night. And nothing I did made a difference. And we have at least a foot of snow. :evil: Oh, I would love to sew this evening!

After all that.. have you tried talking nicely, saftly and sweetly to the machine :wink: GOOD LUCK hope it turns out to be an easy, cheap fix
