    Default Portable Sewing Tables

I am interested in getting a portable sewing table to take to retreats. My shoulders get very tired when I have to sew with my machine up on top of the table. I would like one that is about 28 inches to the top of the table. Do you have any suggestions?

Sew ezi tables is what I see everyone carrying to retreats and classes. Other are bulky, too heavy or don't fold down.
You will more than likely have to order this as she doesn't sell to other vendors.

They are a bit pricey but everyone I know that has ones LOVES it.

I would buy one of these in a heartbeat if I had the cash!

YES!!! I have one, and I love it! I haven't gone to any retreats, but this is what I sew on at home. If you can't afford it, save up for a while. It's worth it.

I have the Gidget table and it's heavy, great for home but not so much for moving around. I bought the Sew Ezi table and it's perfect for travel and it's sturdy.

Wow, I have never heard of these! Guess I need to go to more retreats. That's really cool and a great option for a nice inset seeing table for home too. I like that a solid inset is available, meaning this could easily be used for any other crafting retreat too.

No longer drive so I can't lug a table when I go to local sew-ins. If they have stackable chairs I stack two sometimes three. The rest of the world thinks I'm crazy but they are wrong -- I'm comfortable!

I'm 100% with you...there are a million betters ways for me to spend my money and then pack a table around
stacking chairs works great for a one day class
if I were going to a retreat I'd just take my generic acrylic surround, it fits in my roller machine case.

I go to a lot of sewdays, workshops, retreats, and classes so I use mine Sew Ezi a lot. If you don't get to go out of the house to sew then it's nice as a stay in place table too that is easy to move if you need to.
