    Default prewashing continue from my earlier post

    thank you for all the help I prewashed more fabric I serged the raw edges and laid it in the washer or should say layerd boy what a difference on that fold line I learned soooo much from all the QB members,then I was reading how difficult folding the fabric can be I to had a lot of trouble handleing large amounts to fold then I tried this I clamp the ends then smooth and fold works for me, thought I share but I am sure you savy QB members already thought of this LOL! the fabric is for a quilt for my soon to be official gd 8yrs old my son and her mother are getting married next year she already calls me granma she such a cutie

    Clamps would certainly help to restrain frisky fabric. It does tend to slither away as you try to fold it.

    I had that same fabric. I made my dgd a purse out of it. She loves it. The fabric is so happy and colorful.
