I have done many scripture quilts, but not this gorgeous! Very nice.

Your quilt is lovely. I am making a prayer quilt for a friend and have come to the point where I write the verses on the big white blocks I incorporated. I'm kind of scared to do it, as I don't have an embroidery machine to do the pretty script as you have done... I will hand print the verses with a fabric pen (permanent). Not as nice, but my friend definitely needs the Word... she will be recovering from breast cancer surgery and undergoing chemo and radiation for a year. :o( Prayers for Mari are appreciated!

The ladies are a group called the Tuesday Ladies, there are 8 in all. They meet every Tuesday 8:00 until 2:00. They have taken me in as part of the group, and I feel honered. We pig out on a pot luck of goodies at 10:00 AM brake. Pies cakes cookies and more. then at noon its lunch time. this is every week. Each one trys to test a new goodie on all of us. great group, great fun. All my quilts are hand quilted by them and the Other group that I belong to..I go every Monday to the Senior Center to the another group there and am there from 8:00 to 4:00. The rest of the week I quilt at home or spend time with a Machine Embroidery Friend. It has been great being retired. Ha Ha Ha
