In her class it'll tell the model/class number- free manuals are out on the internet if ou look

I only sew on a 1941 Singer, which looks a lot like yours, and I LOVE it!!!! How much fun it is to sew when there's just nothing to go wrong!!!! (and if something does go wrong, take out the bobbin case, take out the bobbin, put it back in the case then back in the machine....90% of problems solved. If that doesn't work---rethread from the beginning. Problems solved!!!!)

I believe that might be a Singer 128. Check out this picture:

She is a 128 so I will be checking out those bobbin sites! I looked at Lostn51's tute on cleaning the machine but I'm too afraid. I may ask at LQS if they know of anyone that works on old machines. Years ago I knew a Singer sewng machine repair man but he was quite old and passed quite a few years ago. |
