I would make some tote bags.

I got a bunch of those types of samples from a local shop. Washed them all - 99% turned out just fine. I plan on using them for a crazy quilt or totes. For my quilts, pieced and appliqued, I prefer to use 100% cotton.

thanks to all who replied - i think i am going to give away all the weird blends of rayon, nylon, etc...and use the 100% cotton and poly cotton blends - and i think i will keep the poly ones that are not really thin and crispy textured to make either pillows or rag rug bed roll kind of things for a homeless shelter here locally
