I had to look real hard to even understand your mistake, but, now that I see it....I think you can quit worrying. So, you made the quilts different. That is all. Both are really great quilts, and they will be loved!

I think they are both great looking quilts.

They are different children, so different quilts. I see nothing wrong with either one of them. They will be greatly appreciated and hopefully they will use them and not put them aside for keepsakes. They are beautiful.

Attach some WIDE black rick rack - that would be awesome.

Cute!! I have several of my sons old shirts & I like the way you made the shadow on each block. Makes them stand out. Wish I had some of my daughter's & I can just kick myself for not saving the dresses I made her when little!!

A really neat quilt like the shadowing effect. Deb

I think it is cute. Just put a jazzy border on it and it will be outstanding.

Both quilts look great~

Why not applique or sew some medals won, ribbons in between the rows? Seen it done and added lots of interest to a T-shirt quilt. Or perhaps some embroidery down the rows. I like the shadow effect on each shirt. Love to see it finished, it is a pretty quilt.
