You're right. 20% is nice if you were planning to get something anyway, but not enough to get me to buy something I wasn't planning on. 60% though - that might do it!
I read once somewhere that anything 20% or under did not really take care of even the taxes, expence of travel, etc. Give me 50% or better for a exciting experience!
No, not for me. I will pick the fabric I want and then look for the best price!
If it is something I REALLY want, 20% will help, but not for everyday fabrics. I look for really DEEP discounts.
Not really. 50% off will entice me to shop. 20% will entice me to buy if I'm already shopping. LOL
The two LQS have had 20% off and I never left the drive way. One shop has the first bolt of the day at 20 off and a couple times when I've needed a special fabric or more of something I've gotten it as the bolt of the day. 10% just doesn't do it with me. Free shipping is good if they have the one special fabric I'm looking for, otherwise no go. I hate when an ad says % off with a $100, $200 or even $75 order. I wouldn't spend that much for anything less than 50% off.

When its 40% or 50%, it really gets my attention.
