Actually, you can use any pattern or book that calls for charm squares and just double check measurements for borders and so on. You might have to adjust by adding more blocks to get the size you need compared to the pattern.

Why not make a 4 in scrappy quilt, just using the 4 inches as is. I saw a quilt in a recent magazine with just 4 inch squares in first row as is, the second row they cut the "only first" 4 inch sq in half and the rest were regular 4 inch squares, and then the third row goes back to regular 4 inch squares sewen in row again. They said this helps, because the seams don't meet in the corners so help where there might be bulk.
I have been thinking of sewing a 4 inch square row, then a 2 1/2 inch strips row in random lenghts, then a 4 inch square again and etc. Good luck on what ever you decide.

That is beautiful! I have adrawer full of 5 inch charms and I want to do HST, but couldn't figure out a patter I liked.

I have just started a 5 inch square pinwheel using scraps. So let pin our wheels and move ahead! Tee-Hee

There are so many thigns that can be done with a 4" sq of material. 3-D pinwheels is one and it sure makes a nice baby quilt or even a doll quilt. A 4-patch also makes a nive quilt. I'm sure you'll come up with an idea or several, depending on how many squares you have.

D9P is a favorite of mine, but so is the HSTs as Jan showed. And you can do so many different patterns with the HSTs.

This is not my thread, but I wanted to thank those who so kindly gave positive comments about the half-square triangle scrap quilt picture I included. It was so easy as most of those blocks were made over 20-some years in classes I've taught.
