I just began quilting last fall by taking a beginner's class at my LQS just before my 62nd birthday. I was inspired by my Mom so we could help each other out. She began learning on her own when her grandchildren started arriving. Hehehe We have enjoyed sharing our hobby, talking about how colors go together, and being moral support for each other :-D

I started last year and I am 74. I am crazy about it. I have made a quilt for 2 great grandchildren and 3 large gueens for my 2 daughter and one of my daughter-n-laws.
