I don't have one but am very interested! On another board someone said the Sizzix cutter takes dies from accu and most other cutters. Might be worth checking out.
Also accu can not be bought wholesale, only sold by the accu company.
I agree with another member there are lots popping up that people are selling off their stash.
Good Luck

If you mean the Go, I sold mine and bought a big shot pro. The accuquilt go was too limiting for me. I can use almost every die on the market with my big shot pro. The disadvantage is that it is expensive and very heavy and not portable at all.

If you mean the accuquilt studio, I think it can use any die out there.

I agree that it is a personal decision.

I like my Go!, but much prefer using my June Tailor Shape Cut mat for cutting strips. What I do like the Go! for are unusual shapes that would be hard to cut with a rotary cutter -- e.g., circles, hexagons, tumblers, and especially triangles. The triangles are great because all the "dog ears" are cut off, making them easy to match up accurately with each other and with squares/rectangles.

Everyone's worth is based differently.........but I am glad I have mine. I don't use mine every day but when I have I was sooooooo happy I had it. I have used for scrap management....luv luv luv for half square triangles, no dog ears. Have used appliqué for wall hangings and runners, made large quilts, baby quilts, and it is absolutely fantastic for cutting wool pieces. I have the hearts, stars and circles and the Xmas appliqués are cute as heck.......

My only comment would be, to really think about the kind of quilter or sewer you are before you purchase dies.

if my vote counted.....I would say go for it!
