I bought my Brother Innovis 650Q from them about 3-4 years ago and I have no complaints.

I've ordered from them and great service and good people to work with.

We haven't bought a sewing machine from them, but we did buy a steam cleaner. It came quickly and the price was great.

I have not, but a friend of mine did a couple years back. She has been very pleased with hers!...

fMQ is only done with straight stitching with the feed dogs down. I have the Brother 1500 and it is my go to machine for FMQ. Allbrands is great to deal with.

This is my first post since joining a few months ago. I hate to come in on a sour note, BUT, I had a bad experience back in the mid 90's with All Brands in Baton Rouge. I took my baby, Pfaff 1222E, in for service while on a one day shopping trip with a friends. "Sure, we can fix it and have it ready by the end of the day." End of day, "We cannot find what is wrong. I have a friend who is familar with Pfaff machine, It will only take a few days." Long story short, A week or more later, It was shipped to me in terrible condition, POOR BABY! I have never seen a machine in such condition. It was over oiled. Even on the outside of the machine. Packed with a plastic bag that was not tied shut and in some crumbly foam which was all over my BABY! I am still apologizing to her till this day!

Sorry for the length!

I used them for a vacuum. Very good to do business with.
