Just wondering if anyone has ever purchased from allbrands.com They seem to have good prices and good advertised warranties. Just would like to hear reviews if anyone has ever been their customer.

Just sent an order in not 5 minutes ago. They are really great to do business with, except shipping always seems a bit high. Their prices are reasonable, which makes up for it, tho.

I purchased a singer 7467 from them over a year ago, very good price and very good service. I got it to take to my sewing groups, it is light weigh and easy to lift.

I have purchased from them twice and both times was a good experience. If you sign up for their email list, they occasionally send out a "newsletter" that will have notice of sales and give you a certain percentage off your entire order. Its usually enough to cover shipping charges. SewVacDirect is another good one. And, Ken's, too.

They have a great forum there with user created free embroidery files too.

Yes. I purchased a Rowenta travel iron from them. It worked for one class then quit heating, so I called and they said just send it beck and we will replace it. They did and no problem since then. It wasn't their fault that the iron quit working and they made it good. Their customer service person was very nice and easy to deal with. I would purchase from them again. Their prices are good.

I purchased a Janome a few years ago and just love it. Allbrands had the best price and at the time I got free shipping. Well worth it!

Yes, I have purchased from them, but returns can be a problem. My order came just before I left on vacation and wasn't back for 6 weeks. Found out I didn't like what I bought and they would not take it back and they had the right to do that, but even Amazon makes exceptions for things.

Yes I bought a bendable light that goes on your machine. They were 10 dollars cheaper and no shipping. On time and product was just like it said it was.

Have bought quite a few things from them. Very reliable company to deal with and always a pleasure to speak to their customer service reps. Checked prices around for various products and they were at least 1/2 of what stores were asking.
Didn't find their shipping charges excessive either.

I ordered from them in September for a Christmas gift. They sent the wrong product and it was until March before I got the right item. I must be the exception to the rule.
