Barefoot indoors, always. Have limited feeling in my feet and with shoes on, can't tell what my feet are up to.

Me too! If I can't find my shoes they are usually under the sewing machine, the dining room table, or near the door!

I sew barefoot, and I drive my car barefoot too!

No shoes here either. I would never wear shoes if I didn't have to. My dad always said that's why my feet are wide because I was alway barefoot. Lol

My shoes, I should say slippers or flip flops, come off as I come in the door. Last month, my friends told me to wear some shoes cuz it was snowing. I went a bought tenny runners. They told me that those were not for the snow so I did buy snow boots. But the snow melted before I got to wear them. Well, in the last 3 days, we have had over a foot and a half and I got to wear them!! woohoo!! Even my doctor was shocked today when I came in his office with them on. LOL! I am part blackfoot indian and it shows. Its from wearing no shoes.

Same here

Ditto!!!

I wonder if a textured piece of shelf liner would work under the pedal and stop the chasing.. I am going to have to try it and see... Never seem to think about it when I am sewing.

You all are lucky. I have to sew with my shoes on. I am diabetic and can't risk the chance of a pin or needle going in my foot. If I had it my way I would sew in shocking feet.
