No shoes here also. I wear sandles around the house, kick off my right sandle to sew and the put it on when I get up to iron. That way I don't have to worry about pins. I also have to kick my shoe off if I am in a class. Just don't feel like I have control with a shoe on.

I CANNOT sew with shoes on either. When I took a class the laughed at me every day. I don't wear shoes in my house so I never sew here with shoes on.

I can sew with or without shoes. In the winter my feet are always cold so I have to wear at least 2 pairs of socks and shoes. In the summer it is a different story. Jeanniebelle
