You certainly can use the back side. What ever looks best to you can be done with the white on whites.

Hi,
Don't know if it is right or wrong but I do it all the time. Your fabric sounds exactly like what I got at WalMart and I too loved the back better. GL and enjoy your quilting |
Use the side that you like.............

The comments about Hawaiian shirts reminds me of a prom dress I made for DD. The pattern called for using both side of the fabric - it was cut on bias and formed swirls around the DD down the length of the dress. Wonderful effect! Use the side you like!!!

I do it all the time. Sometimes it looks like an entirely different piece of fabric.

Use the side you love. No one else will know.

You can use both sides of the fabric, ir=t is made the same, so go for it. God bless.

I have used the wrong side many times, as it was much prettier than the right side. Use the side you like.

Used to be that the "right side" was always on the inside. Now a days its rare to find material packaged this way - maybe thats what you found? But like others said, you paid for both sides so work with what you prefer.
