I'm sort of in the same boat you are. I make mostly scrap quilts, but find that I never seem to have enough of anyone kind of stash to go with what I've started, so I wind up buying more to add to my stash. Seems to be a never ending circle:rolleyes: |
I seem to gravitate to fabrics that would make kaleidoscope quilts. I also love brights & florals. The 30's, civil war reproductions, thimbleberries just don't float my boat.

I have the opposite problem, I like SO many different fabrics !
I love civil war and 1800s reproductions, I like the 30's and 40's prints ... but I ALSO love batiks, Amy Butler and Joel Dewberry etc, bright modern prints ...! I head in all different directions these days ... but that's the fun of it IMHO ! |
