Here's a link to the topic with pictures galore!! Enjoy! http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-10436-1.htm Keep scrolling down as I added several additional pictures of most of the postcards I sent out :-D |
We did an exchange last year! I had never made one before I loved it. I was the lucky recipient of Izy's "Bell Flower"

I have one that I mailed to my sister in 1995 postmark clearly visible. She returned it for another one! Making postcards for sale at the quilt museum, lobsters are going fast. I use the lightweight stiffener, fuse the stamped fabric back on and the fused front. Then cover the front with Misty fuse and tulle and fuse the dickens out of it before satin stitching the edges. Quick and easy. Need to figure out how to post the pictures in this spot instead of the general spot, or will post in the general spot later today.

Figured it out! Here are the three best sellers.

These look very dimensional. How do they go through the mail. A clear envelope?

Identa pen or other fabric marker for the address and message then a stamp and they take it over the counter at the Post Office since it can't go through the machines.
