I like some of all types of quilts....some scrappys are just wonderful. Others aren't too great. Same way with the traditional, art, landscape, etc. Probably depends on the color and the overall effect. Some just grab you, depending on your "eye", taste, whatever.

I like both but it always amazes me how pretty scrap quilts are when you are just enjoying using the scraps and putting the colors any where . I have never seen an ugly quilt

I prefer the planned look. I am not much into scrappy. That being said. I do keep my scraps and an wondering what in the world am I going to do with them.
