Depends what time the demos I am interested in start. Otherwise it is shopping, interspersed with demos and look ay quilts last.I like to take photos of the quilts and there are less people in the way at the end of the show.

Our favorite two shows have a "Second-hand" area right in front and we all stop there first. Quilt magazines are 5/$1, plus other wonderful bargains on fabric, gadgets, patterns. Then we carry everything to our car and come back for the quilts and vendors.

Oh Phyllis, what a story! A trip that you will never forget..take good care of yourself!

I've only been to one since I started quilting. I went thru a vendor area, went to see the quilts, then to another vendor area, with a couple demos thrown in between there. I loved it, can't wait to go to my next show. Still afraid to add up how much I spent, but it was worth it. Maybe a good idea to take so much cash and when it's gone your done shopping?
