I love your quilt & found a free pdf pattern here:
http://www.craftsy.com/pattern/quilt...t-pattern/5306 I am definitely going to make this some day soon. I love the idea that you use fat quarters for it. I think this quilt would be perfect for either boy or girl. Thanks for sharing it with us. |
Make another one and give them to each!

[QUOTE=taryn72;7493450]Could you tell us the pattern. I love lt. You did beautiful job on it.
This thread was started back in 2011. osewme posted a link to a pdf. Check post #201 in this thread. |
I think either gender would be an appropriate recipient. Beautiful and bright quilt.
|
It's still a cute quilt - I think it is gender neutral.
|
I think it would work for either.
|
It could be either, but slightly leans boy.
Lots of love right there in that quilt ;-). |
Either. Strong, bright colors are not just for boys.
|
I'm more of a traditionalist. I'd say this is for a boy. Maybe it's the dark border and primary colors... Cute quilt though! I look forward to seeing the other quilt!

It's beautiful and I think it would work for both. Babies love bright colors :)

I agree that this is gender neutral, babies love bright colors.

I have made this one twice, both times for boy babies. Love this pattern and it is so easy.
|
It's a great quilt for a boy or a girl. I love all the bright color and contrast to the white fabric.
|
Yes, kids know that toys are toys instinctively. Some kids have an early preference for "boy" or "girl" toys, but most play with what is available. Anyway, that is what I have observed with my self, my kids and my grandkids.
