Not sure, but do know the BL Jazz is a mechanical machine so it has no "memory". More than likely, as others have mentioned, it's a foot problem and yes check with a BL dealer or repair person. From what I've seen they have great tech support.

When I lift my foot off the pedal, it continues to see. Using 5-6 extra stitches but up to as many as 25! Any comments or suggestions?
