I think i would plan my cutting before starting this...

108 inches is 3 yards...BUT if you were to cut this into 44 in strips to match regular yardage

44 X 3= 132

You really have around 7-8 yards not 10. Could be they estimated on the generous side, but to be safe, I would do more math
