If you try moving #9 to position #1, #4 to position #2, #2 to position #3 and #1 to position #4 then I think the rest will flow like you want.
Can't be sure without actually trying it, but that seems to me like what would work. Beautiful fabrics!!! |

I've never done a large bargello, so I'm just looking at the fabrics, not trying to picture the finished quilt. I would switch 16 and 17; switch 18 and 19; and remove 23; 12 and 13 look almost identical, so I would remove one of them; remove 14 and replace it with 22. And I agree, the two blues should be removed.
