[quote=erstan947]I would add borders until I got it the size I wanted. Lots of possible colors and fabrics. Keep us posted on what you do with them.:)[/quot
That's what I've done with panels I've bought. Just pull the colors from the panel and away you go. Let us see your finished creation. |
Attic Window would be great. Just be careful of the size of the "windows" because if it's too large the subjects can become distorted. Try a bigger size, then cut down if needed. Works great.

You might try making the cub into an oval? Also think about cutting each animal out of the extra panel, and remember to cut/leave seam allowance, applique the animals onto the quilt top? |
Ohhhhhhhhhhh that DOES sound nice !!!
Since you have more than one panel, cut a "picture" out of each of the three tigers, sew borders around them cut From The extra panel - and arrange them all into a pieced top using browns and greens blocks of plain and/or animal fabric. Then surround that with at least three varying width fabric borders . You might try making the cub into an oval? I'd add some borders to it to get it to the size. You can border it with pinwheels or piano keys too. That would look nice!
