I got mine at the quilt show in Paducah. It was $49.99 which I thought was kinda high. However, after I got it home and put it on my machine, I think it's worth it.

I was skeptical at first, but I got it, and OMG what a difference it makes! I don't think I could sew without it any more. Plus if I have to rip out a seam, or thread a hand needle, I just point the light where I need it. It is WELL worth the money!

I just saw on Joann's a light-Mighty Bright Vusion Craft light for $25 and there is a 50% coupon to apply. Has anyone tried this light yet?

I agree with others. I do like my bendable especially for applique and detail like that. I noticed that like Sidewinders, they are now coming down to a more reasonable price. I also wanted an Ott light but the prices are prohibitive! I found a table standing HD florescent for under $30.00. Love it!

Yes I have two - it's a terrific light. Have retired both my Ott lights.
I've not seen them at Joann's and all the LQS that I frequent charge c. $50.

I don't know what they are. I have a bendy book light that clips on to your book. Is it somthing like that? And where do you get it?

After reading this thread this morning, I went online and ordered it from Joanns. Using the 50% off coupon, it came to $25 plus shipping and tax. I think it was about $31 total. I can't wait for it to arrive.
