The more light the better for SURE... but.. another PLUS?? Head lamps take nooooo installation.. LOLOL

Good Luck.. you'll look like a "nut" like me with one on, but I don't care. It puts the light RIGHT where I want it. FYI....they adjust (the little LED light will tip forward). I didn't realize that with my first one and I had a book of matches behind it to tilt it downward. My hub could not stand it and he intervened and showed me the trick (duh). We had a HUGE laugh over that dingy move.
