Quilters are great. Our love of fabric, design, and creativity provides us with an instant bond. :) Glad you were able to meet and have a fun day with a fellow quilter.

That is great. I am hoping to meet a quilter from Colorado that is coming for the Balloon Festival in Albuquerque. I like meeting others that quilt and just visit.

We did something similar a few months ago. We met on the QB and set up a time to meet at a Quilting Store that had just moved to a new location - Shared Stitiches in Cameron Park. We met, shopped and went out to lunch. The group is meeting at one of the gals houses this Thursday for some quilting time. Love the women and hope many others in our Sierra Foothills will get together for another shop and talk gathering.

What a great day. Maybe I should look at having members in this area get together.
