The fabric will the yellow overwhelms the quilt in my opinion. I'd use the paisley.

Go with the paisley. Where did you buy your paisley? I just made a quilt using the same fabric. I bought mine in Joann's in Ogdensburg, NY. Went to the local Joann's & they don't have it. I need about another yard. The one where I bought it is 1,000 miles away.

Another for the paisley with the red & black borders, just as you pictured it. This would be a great guy quilt and they are so hard for me to create. You nailed it!!!!!

I like the paisley one the best--the narrow red and black border lines help define the whole quilt. Lovely!!
