Can anyone help please?

I find myself with a bunch of 6 1/2" squares. I would rather not cut them down and waste the fabric. Can anyone suggest patterns using 6 1/2" squares. I googled it and didn't get much help.
Thanks for your suggestions.

Picture please! You could ue them in center of warm wishes, use them in center with sashing around them, alternating block with disapperaing 4/98 patch, use them as center fo MQC "exploding block. show us your decision! Have fun!!!!!

You could do either disappearing four patch or disappearing nine patch. They can be done with any size squares.

Eye spy quilts can be made without cutting your squares down. Also, you can put 2 together, right sides facing, draw a diagonal line, stitch on each side of the line, cut them apart on the drawn line and make pinwheels, or, there are Tons of layouts for using half square triangles. Snowball blocks are another option.... There are so many... Any ' charm square/Nickle quilt ' pattern can be used... You would just be using 6" instead of 5" squares.

I'd make one of the HST quilt designs! This board on pinterest has a pretty decent set of options!

Go with any charm square pattern, they will just be a little larger.

My first thoughts were the disappearing 9 patch and 4 patch patterns. Any pattern that uses squares/charms can be used, just adjust the number of blocks you make for the size difference. I recently made a baby blanket and used 5" squares which just alternated a full square with a cut 1/2 square across the row and it came out cute. Lots of options for you.

You could also do Falling Charms. Just because the pattern calls for charm squares. I have done the pattern using 6.5" squares.

I have made the Falling Charms in both fall and Christmas fabric. They were beautiful! USE them!!

I agree! That is an easy way to use the squares
