I am stump. Is it a flower or a boat with a sail??

looks like an anchor to me

it made me think of tulips, block style.

Anchors was my first thought also.

How old is it? It reminds me of something that might have been printed in a local paper in the 30s.

Could be an anchor or a boat but it looks more like a daisy to me because of the green stems.

I searched six ways to Sunday and couldn't find anything similar unless you alter one of the anchor patterns to match.

Could be a one of a kind pattern.

I agree with the idea of flowers. Each one has a green stem and I don't think it would be that way for an anchor. Flowers in a fancy pot or vase
