I just bought a pattern package by Lori Smith that has 59 six inch finished size blocks in it. You can find it at www.frommyhearttoyourhands.com

"The Farmer's Wife" by Laurie Aaron Hird has 111 finished size six inch blocks in it but they are all from templates. I'm sure it's on Amazon too.

Eleanor Burns' "Egg Money Quilts" is great for a sampler book; it has many of the old-fashioned blocks, and terrific directions with lots of how-to pictures and tips.

I opened a can of worms. LOL. When this thread winds down, I can see myself owning 3-4 new books and more patterns. Thanks for all the suggestions!!!
