#3, yellow is an awfully strong color unless you absolutely love it.:) Good balance in #3.

I'm going against the majority and choosing #2. For me, in a whole quilt, #1 and #3 would be too much yellow and too bright. I think the yellow accent in #2 is just right. I would use both blues for borders, a 2 or 3 inch dark blue and a wider light blue.
