I have been using my vertical tray cart (from Michael's) for storage, but today I rearranged everything so I can keep it by my machine! My most used tools are in the top drawer, and larger items on the top. What a great idea!

Getting things away from my machine is wonderful. I used to have things in trays on the machine leaf and when I was working on a larger item, they would end up on the floor. Working on my project today was a breeze, no scattered or lost tools.

Thank you, ladies!!

Being an active hairdresser, I bought two extras for my studio some time ago. They are wonderful:D

There are some basic ones in IKEA in nice colors. I had been considering a used medical cart.

I bought one from ebay for $36.00. It's pretty plain, but for $36, how could I refuse? Thanks for the links!!

Hey....I'm a retired hair stylist and have one in my closet. Thanks for the great idea. Hmmmmmm....now, why didn't I think of that????

I bought a cart from Salon Supply for $29.99. I am spray painting it pink now. I went to Ace Hardware and bought a magnetic bowl to use for pins. It also fits in one of the holders for bowls in the cart. Will attach a pic of the finished cart when I'm done spray painting it and it's set up in my sewing room.

I have one of those and I love it!! I love that it's heat proof; I use it under my ironing table.

It rolls great and holds everything I need. When I put it away, I take the iron off of the heating plate and put it on the silicone pad below. This makes it so it'll fit under my table, and also guarantees it is off when I'm done. (It's a cordless, so it's definitely "off" when it's not on its charging base.)
